Somatic & Integrative Therapy

Connect to your own needs and inner wisdom through somatic & integrative therapy. This approach allows us to examine what you’re experiencing through many different lenses — including an individual, relational, and larger systems point of view. An integrative approach also allows us to explore through many different mediums — including traditional ‘talk’ therapy, body-based mindfulness, and expressive arts. We get to find the combo that works right for you!

Core to all our work is re-establishing the connection to yourself by understanding how the body expresses thoughts and emotions. When our bodies and our brains are on the same page, we feel mobilized to take action instead of being paralyzed by the conflict inside of us.

Individual Therapy

Folks come to individual therapy when they want one-on-one support to explore who they are and what is going on inside at a pace that works best for them.

People can use individual therapy to explore the ways they relate to others and have someone listen and support them through life transitions, work troubles, and their emotional world.

Relationship Therapy

Relationship or couples therapy is for folks in any type of relationship configuration.

People come to relationship therapy when they want to work through communication blocks or dissatisfaction in a relationship. They might also want to explore opening or closing up a relationship or entering into sex positive or kink communities.

People may use relationship therapy when they are considering starting or ending a relationship and are seeking a smoother and more connected transition.

Teen Therapy

Teenagers face unique challenges where they are attempting to gain independence and a sense of self while still having a strong influence from family and other systems. When the balance is off, it can cause emotional and behavioral struggles.

Teens can use therapy as a way to freely express themselves and gain a deeper understanding of who they are as they navigate this transitional space.

 Therapy Can Help With:

  • Life transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Depression

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Feeling numb/stuck

  • LGBTQIA+ identity exploration

  • Gender Expression

  • Polyamory and/or considering non-monogamous relationships

  • Understanding neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, gifted, 2e, etc.)
